Handmade 1060 Carbon Steel Samurai Katana

The Demon Slayer sword is a 100% pure hand-forged blade that has been crafted using traditional heat treatment methods. The blade has been quenched, tempered, and oil-quenched in order to achieve the highest level of flexibility, with a hardness rating of 55 HRC. The blade is a Hand Forged Full Tang blade with an Iron Tang, and the handle is equipped with 2 bamboo pegs to ensure that it will not come loose in any situation, making it very safe to use.

Constructed from 1045 carbon steel, the red black blade has been created using an electroplating process, and has been hand-sharpened to a level of sharpness that allows it to cut through bamboo and even trees. The overall length of the sword is 105cm/41in, with the blade itself measuring 72cm/28in. The Tsuka length is 30cm/11.8in, while the blade's width and thickness are 3.2cm/1.26in and 0.7cm/0.28in, respectively. The Tsub (handguard), Kashira, and Fuch are all made from zinc alloy material, while the Saya is crafted from hard wood with a lacquer finish. The Tsuka material is hard wood wrapped in silk cord.
