Welcome to the Zisu manufacturing department, the home of safe and real bamboo swords. We are a traditional company that specializes in manufacturing swords known for their high toughness and strength. Our mission is to promote sword culture in a safer manner, and in pursuit of this goal, we have established the Zisu manufacturing department of bamboo swords in 2021.

The Zisu manufacturing department offers a variety of sword series for enthusiasts, including the Light Up Demon Slayer Sword, Zoro Sword Series, Bamboo Blade Zoro Sword Series, and Iron Blade Cosplay. Our real sword-making experience ensures that our bamboo swords are real but non-hurtful, allowing individuals to choose their favorite characters and start roleplaying with Zisu.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of our Zoro katana, as it is 100% hand forged using traditional quenching techniques. The blade hardness has reached 54 HRC, and both the appearance and structure are made to match the original animation, making it a perfect replica that can be used in real battle.

Our katana is made of high quality 1045 carbon steel, with a scabbard and handle made of hard wood. The rope wrapped around the scabbard and handle is made of cotton for sweat absorption and anti-slip properties, while the handguard is made of Zinc alloy.

In terms of dimensions, the Zoro katana is approximately 40.94 inches (104 cm) in total length, with a blade length of about 26.97 inches (68.5 cm) and a total weight of 2.83 pounds (1.3 kg).

As a reminder, every katana in our shop is manufactured by our own Zisu factory. After use, it is important to keep the blade clean and rub anti-rust oil on it to prevent rusting. It is also crucial to note that incorrect use of a sharp katana is very dangerous, and this product does not apply to children under 18 years old.
